Roles:
Analyst
Our Professional Services team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Consultant (fulltime employee) to join our group, to work on projects developing custom applications, business process analysis, or management consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Individual consultants will work with customers to implement full lifecycle projects
- Perform business process or other analyses to design improved business best practices or management mentods
- Design and implement software requirements and new product features, while enhancing and maintaining existing functionality of front-end trading application
- Design and code screen layouts, graphical user interfaces and interfaces
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills; verbal skills and written presentation skills.
- Excellent understanding of technology, product/system/interface design.
- Structured, organized, methodical thinker; Persistent, creative, tenacious work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or similar preferred but not required)
- 3 years of Solid experience
Technical
Overview: Due to growth, we are looking to add multiple Software Engineers or Software Quality Engineers
Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop applications
- Analyze, research, and communicate solutions with software developers.
- Report and document software issues in a timely manner using a defect tracking system.
- Create applications that conform the coding standards and best practices.
- For Software Quality Engineering - Develop Test Plans and Test Cases based on requirements and functional specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in CS or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ year development or automated testing experience.
- Strong coding skills, familiar with automation techniques.
- Experience with Magic eDeveloper 10 is a plus
- Experience with Integration tools such as SAP XI, Magic iBolt, etc.
- Other languages include Visual Basic, VBA, and VB.Net.
- API testing or development experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and software development life cycle.
- Experience with requirements review, manual test verification, and results/metrics reporting.
- Communication skills are a priority - both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and accomplish multiple tasks, both as part of a team and independently.
Administrative
Provide support by answering phones, greeting and directing guests and employees, and providing back-up administrative support to all HR/Administrative staff. Back-up support responsibilities may include presentation preparation, expense report preparation, preparing internal and external correspondence, scheduling conference rooms, and other duties as required by supervisor. Excellent communication skills and professionalism are essential. Good customer service skills, patience and initiative in resolving problems. This position requires a high level of dealing with customers, ability to handle multiple projects motivated and dependable outlook and demeanor. The position also requires extreme punctuality and ability to work assigned hours (8 am-5 pm) on a constant basis. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word). May require lifting packages and office/kitchen supplies up to 20lbs
Support
In this hybrid role, the Technical Support/Trainer Software Associate will (a) deliver training courses to NES customers and staff; and (b) support NES customers by serving as a CSC Software Associate. By directly providing technical phone support to customers and troubleshooting field issues, the individual will better understand both NES software and NES customer support model, which will ultimately enhance the individual's ability to facilitate effective training courses both internally and externally.
